Long Beach Residence
Long Beach Residence is a tourist housing project by EDIT in South Magawish, Hurghada, on a site of about 63,000 m², offering villas, townhouses, apartments and studios.
Located in the rear subdivision of the South Magawish tourist centre on the Red Sea, on a site of about 63,000 square metres approved by the Tourism Development Authority for a tourist housing project.
Our plan is to develop a residential complex of two- and three-bedroom apartments, villas and studios built to the highest standards to meet market needs, according to the preliminary layout. The villas will sit at the heart of the project to give it a sense of luxury, distinction and exclusivity, with the residential buildings surrounding them.
